Car

The testing site in Milton Keynes is in Gloucester House, which is on Silbury Boulevard in the middle of town. The M1 highway goes through the town from the east, and the A5 runs along the western edge. Both of these roads are good for getting to the middle of Milton Keynes.

Parking

There are plenty of parking spots on-site, including a lot of spots right outside the test place and more in front of buildings next door.

Bus

While there are many operating bus routes close to the test site, there aren’t many bus stops that are easy to get to on foot. Planning to arrive at The Point, Milton Keynes’ main bus station, is the best thing to do because most services will stop here at some point on their way. On the other hand, both the Central Business Exchange and Santander House stops are only a ten-minute walk from the testing site.

It takes just over fifteen minutes to walk from the Point bus stop to Gloucester House, which is about 1.25 miles away. Head north through the town heart of Milton Keynes. Then, take Silbury Boulevard west to get to the test centre. There is a linked bus service. The number 6 (Sapphire-Wolverton) service makes it easy to get from The Point to Central Business Exchange. Drive north on Upper Fifth Street until you reach Gloucester House. Then, cross Silbury Boulevard to get to the event.

Train

On the western edge of the town centre, just over a kilometre away from the venue, is Milton Keynes Central train station. This station makes journey from many places in the UK easier. Following your arrival at the station and wanting to walk to Gloucester House, take Elder Gate and Silbury Boulevard to head east towards the event. From the train station, you can also take the number 4 Bletchley bus to get to Central Business Exchange. The way to get to the test spot from here was already explained.

Visit the Grand Central Rail website for real-time information on departure and arrival times, station services, and how to get to the stations.

Call the Life in the UK Test Helpline at 0800 015 4245 if you need help with your reservation. They are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
