PSI Plymouth
Cobourg House, 3rd Floor,
32 Mayflower Street,
Plymouth,

Plymouth’s testing facility is located in Cobourg House, on Mayflower Street, slightly north of the city centre. Because Plymouth is pretty far away at the very southern tip of England, there aren’t many big roads that lead there. Still, the A38 goes right along the northern edge of the city and makes it easy to get to the centre of the city.
On Mayflower Street, there is limited on-street parking in front of the row of shops across from Cobourg House.
You could also park in Mayflower House Court, which is right behind the test centre and is more handy. You can pay £1.30 an hour to park, and you can use a card (even one that doesn’t need a chip) or the RingGo service line. Please keep in mind that you can only park here for a total of three hours. But even two hours of parking would give you enough time to get to the place, take the test, and then get back to your car.
If you’re looking for more parking choices in your area, please visit this Parkopedia page.
A number of bus lines go close to Cobourg House. If you’re going to use Plymouth’s local bus system, you should try to get off at one of the following stops:
You can go to North Cross, Cobourg Street, Mayflower Street, or Charles Street. These places can all be reached on foot in five minutes from the test spot.
If you want to plan your own trip, click on this page and scroll down until you see “bus lines.”
People come from all over the UK to use Plymouth Train Station, which is about 650 metres north of Cobourg House.
Should you choose to walk from the station to the event location, please exit the station and turn left. Then, take North Road East and head south. At the North Cross roundabout, turn left and keep going south on Cobourg Street. Finally, make a right turn onto Mayflower Street and head southwest towards the venue.
From the stop right outside the train station, you could also take the number 101 bus, which goes to Plymouth City Centre. This will get you to the stop on Mayflower Street, which is about 50 m west of Cobourg House. In this case, taking the bus instead of walking will cut in half the time it takes to get to your next destination.
Visit the Great Western Railway website for real-time information on departure and arrival times, station services, and how to get to the tracks.
