Watford Life in the UK Test Centre

CTP Watford
45-47 Vicarage Road
Watford,
WD18 0DE

Car

Watford is northwest of London and can be reached by the M1, M25, or A41. Live in the UK tests are held in the south of the town, close to the Watford F.C. stadium. The test spot is in Victoria House, which is at the eastern end of Vicarage Road.

If you want to drive to the event, please be aware that there is very little parking available. Because of this, you might want to remember the following parking lot in case you can’t find a spot at the test place. Please visit the following Parkopedia page to find more parking options in the area.

Citi Park (Church)

This site is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Parking costs £1 an hour, which is a fair price. You can pay here with cash or a credit card. It is also possible to pay over the phone using the RingGo service line. Please call 02030460060 or text 81025 and quote Location ID 18843 if this is how you’d like to pay.

Please be advised that this parking lot has accessible parking for people with disabilities as well as electrical vehicle charging stations.

It only takes 150m to walk to Victoria House from this spot. Go south on Exchange Road, then turn right onto Vicarage Road and go west. The place where the test is being given will show up on your right.

Bus

An excellent number of local bus lines run very close to the test centre. If you want to use Watford’s bus system, please try to get to one of the following bus stops. They are all about a five-minute walk from the venue.

St. Mary’s Road: This is across the street from the Citi Park building. So, please look again at the trip information above for your next destination.

Hornets: Although this bus stop is on Vicarage Road, it is only about 150 metres west of the test site. To get to Victoria House, keep going east, past the graveyard and over the A4178.

Market Street: Please refer to the previous directions and proceed as directed because this is located behind Citi Park (Church).

Train

Watford has more than one train stop. But Watford High Street and Watford Junction are the ones that are closest to where the test is being given.

Because Watford High Street is on the London Overground network, it can handle trains from all over the city. It takes about eight minutes to walk from this stop to Victoria House, which is about 650 minutes away. Please take the slip road that runs parallel to Exchange Road and go northwest. Go past Watford Grammar School for Girls and turn left onto Vicarage Road.

There is a train station called Watford Junction a long way away. If you walk, the trip will take you about seventeen minutes. To get to Exchange Road on foot, go south-west on Clarendon Road. Then, take High Street to cut through the town centre. To get to the test centre, turn west on Vicarage Road and look for it on your right. It will take about seventeen minutes to go the whole way, which is about 1.5 km long.

You can take the 320 Sapphire service from the bus stop near the train station all the way to The Hornets if you’d rather travel by bus. As was already said, the test spot is a short walk to the east from here. If you take this bus path instead of walking, it will save you about six minutes.
