Scale Up Visa

A scale Up Visa may be available to you if you are a talented individual who has been recruited by an existing UK Scale-up Sponsor. You must have the demonstrable skills needed to enable the Scale-up business to continue growing. You will need a highly-skilled job offer from a qualifying Scale-up business at the required salary level. A Scale-up Worker visa allows you to come to the UK to do an eligible job for a fast-growing UK business (sometimes called a ‘scale-up business’). Your UK employer must meet specific eligibility criteria to sponsor scale-up workers. With a Scale-up Worker visa, you can work for a fast-growing UK business (also known as a ‘scale-up business’).

Your UK employer must meet specific eligibility criteria to sponsor scale-up workers. There is a settlement route in the UK called the Scale-Up route. It is permissible for applicants to be accompanied by their partners or dependent children. In the Scale-up Visa route, both Sponsored and Unsponsored Applications are available.  A sponsored application is required if this is your first time applying through the Scale-Up route. An Unsponsored Application is only available to Scale-up Workers who have previously been granted permission.
