Thanks for getting in touch.

We have received your Free Assessment Request.

Your enquiry has been escalated to our Assessments Team who are currently looking into it.

Your unique enquiry reference number is:

You do not need to do anything in the meanwhile as we are working on your enquiry.

We aim to get back to you within 24 hours and ask that you avoid duplicating your enquiry in the meanwhile as this may cause unnecessary delays.

Please note: We receive 100’s of enquiries each day so we ask that you remain patient whilst we consider your submissions.

We respond to online website submissions between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday so if you have made an enquiry outside of these hours, we ask you to remain mindful of the above.

What is a Free Assessment?

If you have an immigration related problem or question, you can have a free assessment with a member of our assessments team. The assessor will establish why you are calling and what you are looking for assistance with. The assessor will ask you a series of questions to determine your circumstances in relation to your objectives. The assessment is 100% private and confidential.

As we are a private law firm, we work with our clients to overturn Government decisions daily. We do not share any information with any third party.

Although the assessor will be a trained immigration specialist, they are not solicitors and therefore will not give you detailed legal advice or guidance. If you want to establish what your options are and the best way forward for you, your assessor will collate the necessary information and then speak with one of the resident senior solicitors at the firm to determine what your options are, if and how we could assist and confirm whether we would be prepared to take your case.

If we can assist, you will be provided with an Agreed Fixed Fee quotation which is a single legal fee to cover the firm’s cost of representation agreed from the outset and binding for all parties.

The free assessment is no obligation and you are merely given clarity on your position and options to move forward. If you have a complex matter or require legal advice regarding a specific issue, you will most likely require a legal consultation.

This is a separate service and is chargeable at the prevailing rates.

We have recently been contacted by a high number of people who have shared their data on websites which falsely claim to be operated by regulated law firms. Please take extra care to ensure that your data is only shared with credible, regulated solicitors who are able to provide verifiable Solicitors Regulation Authority numbers.

Every website operated by a genuine and regulated UK Law Firm will carry a Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) clickable logo on their pages. This proves that the site is operated by a Law Firm. Ours can be found in our footer on the left.

See the SRA link for more information: (https://www.sra.org.uk/logo-/)

Check our regulatory information here.

We take your privacy very seriously and do not share your data externally. For more information, see our privacy policy here.

For guidance on why you should choose a solicitor and how to avoid falling victim to unregulated operators, see our ‘why choose a solicitor’ blog post here.
