How Much Does a UK Fiance Visa Cost?
If you are not in the UK, the fee to apply for a Fiance visa is £1,846.
This is the full amount the Home Office needs to process your application so you can come to the UK.
Keep in mind that this price is the same for all Family visas, like the Spouse visa or the Civil Partnership visa.
However, the actual visa limits vary greatly between fiance visas, proposed civil partner visas, and other types of family visas.
Take the Fiance and Proposed Civil Partner visas as an example:
- Are only valid for a maximum of six months (but they can be extended in certain extreme circumstances).
- Doesn’t lead to indefinite leave to remain and doesn’t count towards the minimum residency standard for indefinite leave to remain
- They only let you get married or form a civil partnership in the UK. They won’t let you work or go to school there.
